Planting Tips:

  • Place in well-drained soil to avoid root rot.

  • Ensure the plant receives plenty of direct sunlight, at least 6 hours daily, for optimal growth.

  • Blooms twice starting in spring

  • Spacing :30” to 36”

  • Plant height 24’ to 30”

  • Does not like to be in a container

  • Water regularly after planting but let the soil surface dry out slightly between watering to avoid overwatering for the first few months after planting. Once established it may not need watering for several months. Avoid overhead watering as this can lead to fungus growth. Use a drip system or water the base of the plant . In hot areas or areas with little rainfall it may be necessary to water every few weeks.
